What a wonderful, exciting year this has been! We love sharing good news with you, and we have three stories we think you’ll enjoy!
First, we recently learned that, thanks to our great friends (you!), we were named one of the Top 100 American Fare Restaurants in the United States by OpenTable diners! (Read the whole story.) 
Then, we were incredibly honored that Leslie Brenner of the Dallas Morning News named Chef Molly as one of the Top 10 Chefs in DFW! Here’s what Ms. Brenner said about Molly:
"This talented chef's cooking is even more impressive
than it was when she opened her Fort Worth restaurant in 2009.
Inspired by the best ingredients in season,
McCook cooks with assurance and grace,
turning out dishes that are loose-limbed,
freewheeling and utterly delicious;
she changes her menu constantly. 
Lately I've been wowed by her crumbled buffalo meatballs
in a soffrito-flecked brodo,
paired with luscious mascarpone-filled ravioli,
like something you'd eat in an Umbrian farmhouse.
And I loved her tarragon-perfumed salad
that layered lots of sweet, blue gulf crabmeat
with bibb lettuce, fried capers and applewood smoked bacon.
And a thick, rich, tender pork short rib that
was pick-it-up-and-gnaw-the-bone good,
served on buttery pepper-jack grits."
And, finally, we are so very pleased to share with you that we are a finalist in the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year awards! Winners will be announced in February, so stay tuned.

About Bob Foley: Mr. Foley, of Robert Foley Vineyards in California, is one of the most respected and talented winemakers in the world, and once you try his highly-lauded wines you will see why.  He started his career at Heitz Cellars, moving on to Markham and then Pride Mountain as those wineries’ first winemaker.  Mr. Foley was named Food & Wine magazine’s 2007 Winemaker of the Year and has appeared on the cover of and in numerous articles in Wine Spectator as well as other wine and food periodicals.
